Product support is available in all states and territories of Australia. At BodyTastic, we ensure after sales service support available in every location where our products are sold.
Our call out response time is guaranteed to impress. We can commit to attending to any problems within 72 hours if not sooner. In many cases it could even be same day. And as our business grows, so will our service department. We will always have the resources to support our customers.
In addition to our service promises, we are also pleased to announce our BodyTastic "lemon Clause." If any product you purchase from BodyTatsic malfunctions three times, you will be issued a new unit, no questions asked. All warranties on our products components are unconditional. We don’t want to argue with our customers, we want to please them so they come back again. Please read your warranty careful, or call us and we will go through it with you step by step. Warranty does not cover wearing parts of course. However there are maintenance plans you can purchase to ensure the longevity of your equipment so you and your customers can enjoy for longer.
